Quinoa Crunch Bars
  1. Add raw quinoa to a saucepan and toast on low-mid heat. Stir continuously until you hear popping - continue stirring for another minute and then remove from the heat.

  2. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a glass bowl.

  3. Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl with the toasted quinoa, and add the peanut butter (melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 1 minute if too hard).

  4. Mix everything well together and then pour into a lined container.

  5. Put in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours before slicing into bars.
