How To Make Almond Meal
  1. Add almonds (1 cup) to a very dry food processor or blender.

  2. Secure the lid. Pulse the almonds using 1-second intervals, 20 times.

  3. Remove the lid and use a spatula to clean the sides and under the blade to ensure all the nuts get processed.

  4. Repeat steps 2-3 as many times as you would like, until your almond meal is the grain size you’re looking for — I usually do this process 4-5 times.

  5. If you're looking for a finer grain size, place almond meal through a mesh strainer, and continue to process any almonds that were not fine enough to pass through the strainer.

  6. Store in the fridge, and enjoy!
