Sourdough English Muffins
  1. Heat the milk then add the butter and sugar. Transfer the milk mixture to a bowl, let it cool down then stir in the sourdough starter, sprinkle instant yeast and stir. Now add the dry ingredients.

  2. Mix until it comes together, shape it into a ball. Proof until double in size.

  3. Divide and roll into equalizer balls.

  4. Transfer to a baking tray dusted with semolina.

  5. Use tart rings to hold the shape, and top with a baking mat and another baking tray.

  6. Proof until ready and bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.

  7. Remove the top pan and flip it over and bake for another 5 minutes.
