Cheesy Potato Burritos With Beef
  1. Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with oil and seasonings.

  2. Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking a few times.

  3. Brown ground beef in skillet, add seasonings and garlic.

  4. Pour in ½ cup water and simmer on low.

  5. Warm tortillas. Add nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, and potatoes.

  6. Roll burritos tightly.

  7. Grill in skillet until golden on both sides. Serve warm.
