Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with oil and seasonings.
Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking a few times.
Brown ground beef in skillet, add seasonings and garlic.
Pour in ½ cup water and simmer on low.
Warm tortillas. Add nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, and potatoes.
Roll burritos tightly.
Grill in skillet until golden on both sides. Serve warm.
