Mix together 100g flour, 100g caster sugar, ¾ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp baking soda, and 15g cocoa powder
Add 30g hot coffee, 60g milk, 1 egg, and 45g oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined
Pour batter into a baking dish
In a separate bowl, combine 40g caster sugar, 40g brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Sprinkle the sugar and cocoa mixture over the batter
Pour 160ml hot water over the top
Bake until the pudding is set but still moist, with sauce forming at the bottom
