Silken Tofu and Shiitake Mushroom Dumplings
  1. Gently sauté all the veggies and tofu. Salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Thinly roll out the dumpling wrappers

  3. Wet the perimeter of a wrapper. Place filling in the middle and keep folding toward the center until a dumpling shape forms.

  4. In a large pan, heat pan with 1 tsp of oil and place dumplings into pan. Add ½ cup of water and close the lid. Heat for 10 min on med low heat.

  5. Serve with scallion sauce.
