Dice your chicken breast and season with your spices and add 1 tbsp buffalo sauce and set aside
Fry your onion and pepper for 5-6 mins then add in your diced chicken and fry for a further 10 mins
Add your tomato and garlic paste and cook for a further 1 min then add your stock and cream and allow to simmer, add your honey and other tbsp of buffalo sauce and stir thoroughly
At this point put your pasta onto cook as per instructions, 5 mins before pasta is cooked add in your fresh basil (optional) and once pasta is ready add to the pan and serve
