Spanakopita Paratha
  1. Mix flour and salt, then drizzle in oil.

  2. Add water while mixing until a somewhat smooth dough forms.

  3. Let rest 30-1 hours.

  4. Cook spinach in microwave or stove until wilted.

  5. Let cool, then mix filling ingredients in bowl.

  6. Divide dough into 5, then roll out into a circle.

  7. Spread spinach filling and then place another dough on top and roll until flat.

  8. Pan fry paratha in oil until crispy on both sides.
