In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Alternatively, bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, until golden and fully cooked.
Serve with pasta, in a sub, or with your favorite sauce.
