Slice the brioche into pieces and lightly butter
Add them into your baking dish
Sprinkle over the raisins and chocolate chips
Mix the eggs, cream, milk, baileys and caster sugar together
Pour over the bread
Let the dish sit for 20-30 minutes whilst the oven preheats to 160ºc fan
Sprinkle over the light brown sugar and bake for 35-40 minutes
