2 ½ cups almond flour 2 eggs ½ tsp baking soda ½ cup coconut oil, melted 4oz dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Combine the all the ingredients together until well mixed. Place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until it starts to get solid again. During this time, preheat the oven to 350. Place in the cookie shape you want them to hold on a cookie sheet (they don't expand) . Bake for ~10-12 minutes until done.
