Begin by layering half the sliced lemon and half the rock sugar in a pot.
End by sprinkling over the tea leaves..
Cover the pot with a lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
After cooking, set the mixture aside to cool.
Once cooled, scoop the mixture into small portion cups of ice cube size.
Place the cups in the freezer for 8 hours.
After freezing, take out a couple of cups and place them into a glass. Add ice and water/soda.
Stir the contents well using one hand.
Finally, add a touch of seasoning to enhance the flavor.
