4 Ingredient Carrot Apple Bread (vegan)
  1. Preheat oven to 375℉ (190C). Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. For HOMEMADE Self Rising Flour: 3 cups all purpose flour + 4½ tsp baking powder + ¾ tsp salt. Whisk together until combined.

  3. In a large bowl, using a rubber spatula, mix self rising flour, cinnamon and applesauce until fully incorporated. Fold in the carrots (and any additional add ins you chose; I only added in walnuts to mine). Transfer the batter to your loaf pan and flatten out evenly. Bake for 50-55 or until toothpick comes out clean. Allow to set in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to fully cool prior to slicing.
