Insane Korean Bbq Pork Sandwich
  1. Blend all the marinade ingredients (onion, garlic, ginger, scallions, gochujang, brown sugar, sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar) until smooth. Add them to the pork, and let it marinate overnight.

  2. The next day, grill the pork on all sides. Place the pork in an oven safe container, add the marinade, and 2 cups of beef stock. Bake covered at 290F, for 2 hours. Uncover the pork and bake for 2 more hours at 300F. Remove the pork from the oven, shred it, and mix it with the sauce.

  3. For the kimchi mayonnaise, blend all the ingredients (egg yolks, rice vinegar, kimchi, juice, gochugaru, dijon mustard, avocado oil) until mayonnaise consistency.

  4. For the cucumbers, refer to the instructions in the reel on braised short rib or send a DM.
