Big Mac Burger Loaded Fries
  1. Peel potato (optional) and cut into thin or medium fries

  2. Soak fries in water for 5-10 minutes to help crisp

  3. Pat fries dry and spray with oil

  4. Season fries with salt and paprika

  5. Air fry at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway (or oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes)

  6. Fry diced onion and garlic in a pan

  7. Add 150g 5% lean mince and season with garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper

  8. Add a splash of water to deglaze the pan

  9. Cook beef until browned and juicy

  10. Mix 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt, 1 tsp light mayo, 1 tsp ketchup, ¼ tsp mustard, 1 finely chopped gherkin, and a pinch of garlic granules and paprika in a small bowl to make the sauce

  11. Add air-fried potatoes to a tray or bowl

  12. Top with cooked Big Mac beef

  13. Sprinkle 20-25g cheese on top

  14. Air fry for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese (or grill for 1-2 minutes)

  15. Top with shredded lettuce, gherkin slices, and Big Mac sauce drizzle

  16. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired
