Peel potato (optional) and cut into thin or medium fries
Soak fries in water for 5-10 minutes to help crisp
Pat fries dry and spray with oil
Season fries with salt and paprika
Air fry at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway (or oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes)
Fry diced onion and garlic in a pan
Add 150g 5% lean mince and season with garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper
Add a splash of water to deglaze the pan
Cook beef until browned and juicy
Mix 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt, 1 tsp light mayo, 1 tsp ketchup, ¼ tsp mustard, 1 finely chopped gherkin, and a pinch of garlic granules and paprika in a small bowl to make the sauce
Add air-fried potatoes to a tray or bowl
Top with cooked Big Mac beef
Sprinkle 20-25g cheese on top
Air fry for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese (or grill for 1-2 minutes)
Top with shredded lettuce, gherkin slices, and Big Mac sauce drizzle
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired
