Preheat oven to 175 degrees c. Line a loaf tin. Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk together.
Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk well to combine.
Sift dry ingredients into the wet and mix until just incorporated.
Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the centre. Set aside to cool.
Once slightly cool, remove from tin and pour over lemon juice and coat with sugar.
To serve, slice and dollop with yoghurt, a good drizzle of olive oil and extra passionfruit pulp. Enjoy!
