Magic Bean Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F

  2. Line a 20 cm / 8 inch square tin

  3. Blend all wet ingredients until smooth and fluffy

  4. Add all dry ingredients and fold in gently

  5. Add chocolate and nuts

  6. Pour into tin and smooth the top

  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes until risen but looking slightly underdone

  8. Cool in the tin for 10 minutes

  9. Lift out onto a wire rack

  10. Serve warm for a fluffier texture or refrigerate for a denser fudgier finish
