Pumpkin And Sage Baked Gnocchi
  1. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat.

  2. Add the gnocchi, sage, salt, and pepper. Saute until golden brown on both sides.

  3. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  5. In another large pan, melt butter over medium heat.

  6. Add the sage and garlic and saute until fragrant.

  7. Add the pumpkin, ricotta, cream, water, and spices. Mix until smooth and thick.

  8. Add the toasted gnocchi to the sauce and mix until covered.

  9. Pour into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.

  10. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 min until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

  11. Serve and eat!
