Slow Cooker Corned Beef
  1. Place chopped onion, carrots, and celery in the bottom of an 8-quart slow cooker.

  2. Place brisket on top of vegetables and sprinkle with seasoning packet.

  3. Pour in beef stock, followed by lager beer.

  4. Cover and cook on low for 8–9 hours for optimal tenderness.

  5. Remove beef, slice against the grain, and serve with broth.
