Wash and drain the cranberries.
Add the cranberries to a large bowl or storage container and add enough orange juice to fully submerge the berries.
Allow them to sit in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Strain the cranberries and add them to a bowl with powdered sugar.
Toss until the cranberries are fully coated in powdered sugar.
Transfer the coated cranberries to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
