Chicken Ramen Salad Rolls
  1. Pan fry chicken thighs 4-6 minutes each side on medium/high heat until fully cooked

  2. Prepare sauce by mixing ¼ cup soy sauce, 1 ½ tbsp hoisin sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tsp sesame oil

  3. Cook Mi goreng instant noodles according to package directions

  4. Julienne the cucumber and carrot

  5. Chop the green onion

  6. Soften rice paper sheets by dipping in warm water

  7. Assemble rolls by placing rice paper on a flat surface and filling with cooked noodles, cooked chicken, cucumber, carrot, green onion, and bean sprouts

  8. Roll tightly and serve with dipping sauce made from hoisin sauce, sriracha, and crushed peanuts
