Sticky Tofu Protein Bowl (30g+ Protein)
  1. Break the tofu into equal sized chunks, coat in the soy sauce and corn flour then spray with oil and bake until crispy

  2. Fry the garlic, ginger and spring onion until soft and browning then add a splash of water, soy sauce, lime juice and sugar then simmer to reduce into a thick sauce

  3. Coat the broccoli, tofu and nuts in the sauce then serve with the cooked quinoa, garnishes and enjoy!
