Form thick oval patties and press firmly
Place patties in a baking dish
Melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux
Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire, whisk until smooth
Pour gravy over patties
Bake 35–40 minutes until bubbling and fully cooked
