Hard Baked Eggs
  1. Take a moist towel (not wet) and place it directly on the oven rack.

  2. Place the eggs directly on top of the moist towel.

  3. Bake the eggs at 320F for 30 minutes.

  4. The moist towel stops the eggs from coming into direct contact with the metal so there is no discoloration.

  5. When the eggs are done, the towel is cool, so you can wrap them all and pick them up.

  6. Place the eggs in an ice bath for 10 minutes, and the shells will literally slice off.

  7. The result is the creamiest, not dry, hard baked eggs.
