Almond Flour Tortillas Recipe
  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  2. Slowly pour in the water. Mix until combined.

  3. Knead the dough to allow everything to come together.

  4. Cut the dough into 5 even balls.

  5. Place one between two pieces of oiled and lightly floured parchment paper. A sprinkle of tapioca starch works well.

  6. Press or roll into a disk, about ¼ inch thick. Careful not to make them too thin or they can break.

  7. Cook on an oiled skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.

  8. Repeat with all dough and enjoy!
