Cooked - Aperol Spritz

1 Rock glass filled with ice

Aperol (This is an Italian spirit which can be found at all good liquor stores)

Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine)

Soda Water

Fresh orange slice

Fill a rock glass with ice.
Pour 30ml Aperol.
Add 60ml Prosecco.
Pour a dash of soda water on top.
Garnish with a thin slice of orange.
Put a short straw inside, swirl it around to mix the ingredients.
