In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Toss in the minced garlic and paprika. Stir for 1 minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the ramen hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
