Weetbix Peanut Butter Cups
  1. Add the Weet bix to a bowl and crush them up.

  2. Add in the peanut butter and honey, mix until combined.

  3. Divide the mixture across 12 silicone moulds.

  4. Melt the chocolate and spread a thin layer on top.

  5. Sprinkle on some flaky sea salt and leave in the fridge or freezer for around 1 hour to set.
