In a large bowl, mix the dry stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter until moistened.
Add the beaten eggs, chopped onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Form Balls
Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
