Creamy Parmesan Couscous
  1. Bring the water, butter, salt and pepper to a boil in a sauce pot.

  2. Add the 2 cups of Israeli/Pearl Couscous, cover and reduce heat.

  3. Cook for 8 minutes.

  4. Remove the lid and add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and mozzarella cheese.

  5. Stir to combine and cook for 3-5 minutes uncovered.

  6. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley.
