Air Fryer Salmon Bites
  1. Cut the skin-removed salmon into approximately 1-inch cubes.

  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add in salmon and coat well.

  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.

  4. Spray basket with oil and place into your air fryer, avoid layering salmon. If you have more, cook in batches. Air fry 400ºF for about 5 to 7 minutes, making sure to shake the basket halfway through until the salmon is cooked through in the center and the exterior is golden brown. The internal temperature should be 145ºF if using a thermometer.

  5. Garnish with sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, scallions and serve over white rice or coconut rice, cucumbers slices, and cooked broccoli! Top with chili crunch for extra heat!
