Slow-cooker Lamb Curry
  1. Cut the lamb into 2- to 3-inch cubes.

  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and combine well.

  3. Set the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours OR on high for 4 hours until the meat is fork-tender.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Garnish with cilantro.
