Mediterranean Baked Fish
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place fish fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  3. Season with garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta, and lemon slices around and over the fish.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
