Roast bell peppers and onions according to instructions
Add cubed chicken breast, salt, pepper, garlic, and 100g buffalo sauce to slow cooker
Add roasted vegetables to slow cooker
Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 3-4 hours
Break apart cooked chicken using tongs
Add half-cooked pasta to slow cooker
Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parmigiano reggiano, 120g buffalo sauce, milk, and honey until completely smooth
Pour cheese sauce over pasta and chicken
Cover and cook for another 20-30 minutes
Place centercut bacon on foil-lined baking sheet
Bake bacon at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Chop and crumble cooked bacon
Mix bacon and chives into the mac and cheese
Divide into 11 servings and store frozen
Reheat by microwaving with 2-3 tablespoons milk or water for 3-5 minutes
