Tomato Kimchi salad must
  1. In a bowl, add gochugaru, fish sauce, sugar, plum extract (or honey), garlic, sesame seeds and vinegar.

  2. Mix the sauce well until everything is combined.

  3. Add sliced red onion.

  4. Roughly slice the spring onions and add them to the bowl.

  5. Cut the cucumber in half, remove the seeds, then slice into half-moons.

  6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl.

  7. Gently mix everything together.

  8. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
