Pan-fried Oyster Mushrooms
  1. If mushrooms are large, tear them into 2-3 pieces. Wipe clean with a damp paper towel.

  2. In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, spices, and flour until evenly coated.

  3. Heat 2-3 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Add mushrooms in a single layer, leaving space between them. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.

  6. Serve with lemon wedges and flaky salt, or drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with Parmesan.
