Turkish-style Doner Kebab
  1. Mix 1 kilo beef mince with 20% fat, 2 onions, and 2 tbsp yogurt

  2. Add spices: 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp cumin, ½ tbsp black pepper, ½ tbsp garlic powder, ½ tbsp cinnamon, and pinch of chilli flakes

  3. Prepare red sauce by mixing 50g butter, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, and ½ cup water

  4. Prepare tahini sauce by mixing ½ cup tahini, 1 tbsp yogurt, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, parsley, tomato, salt and pepper

  5. Prepare onion salad by mixing 2 red onions, parsley, 1 tsp sumac, and pinch of salt

  6. Cook the meat mixture until crispy on edges and soft inside

  7. Slice the cooked doner meat thinly

  8. Assemble sandwich with soft bread, doner meat, red sauce, tahini sauce, and onion
