Crab Rangoonaritos
  1. Shred the imitation crab and add it to a bowl with cream cheese, mozzarella, scallions, sesame oil, chili crisp, and ¼ cup Thai chili sauce (save the rest for dipping). Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. Lay out each flatbread and place ⅓ of the filling lengthwise down the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito. Lightly press down so the filling spreads evenly.

  3. Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil and cook each burrito until crispy and golden on both sides — about 4–5 minutes per side.

  4. Serve with extra Thai chili sauce for dipping and top with more scallions.
