Step 1- Add 13 cups purified water (Treated with reverse osmosis), ¼ cup light corn syrup and ¼ cup sugar into a large bowl. Stir all ingredients together.
Step 2- Add Eight 16 fl ounce cups onto an 11 by 17-inch baking pan. Pour the prepared water into each individual cup. Place into freezer for 16 to 24 hours.
Step 3- Add 2 cups water and 1 and ¾ cups sugar into a medium-sized bowl. Stir all ingredients together until the sugar has dissolved into the water.
Step 4- Add the prepared snowball syrup into 4 separate containers. Add ¼ teaspoon of Kool aid flavoring or snow cone flavoring concentrate of your choosing.
Step 5- Add ⅓ cup whole milk (Room temp), 2 and ½ tablespoons sugar and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract into a medium-sized bowl. Stir all ingredients together until combined.
Step 6- Add the cheese shredder into an 9 by 13-inch foil pan. Put on a mitten and a vinyl glove onto your right hand.
Step 7- Remove the frozen water from 2 cups. Shave the ice using the cheese shredder.
Step 8- Add the shaved ice into a 16 Fl ounce cup. Form the shaved ice into a volcano-like shape.
Step 9- To decorate the snowball, pour the prepared snow cone syrup on top of the shaved ice.
