In a bowl, beat heavy cream until thick and fluffy (soft peaks).
In another bowl, beat together: Softened cream cheese, Sweetener, Vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture. Stir in finely chopped sugar-free chocolate chips.
Spoon into cups or glasses. It thickens even more if chilled for 10–15 minutes.
