Pear Brie Apricot Wreath
  1. Assemble the wreath (see video) by making a star out of the separated rolls, using a bowl in the center as a spacer

  2. Spread some mustard over the thickest section around the center.

  3. Layer the pears around the center over the mustard.

  4. Layer the Brie over the pears.

  5. Drizzle jam over the filling, and sprinkle a few herbs over

  6. Fold the points over to the center, tucking and pinching to seal the center.

  7. Brush with an egg beaten with a little water, and sprinkle with salt.

  8. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
