Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and whizz until a sticky smooth mixture forms.
Press this down into cupcake cases or moulds to form the cups.
Use a spoon to make a well in the middle for the ganache.
Heat the almond milk in a saucepan until almost boiling, then add in the chocolate and leave for 3 minutes before stirring until all melted.
Spoon the ganache into the cups, chill until set, then store in the fridge!
For extra indulgence, heat them up a little before serving!
