Pre-heat oven to 375° F, DO NOT grease jelly roll pan. Cream butter, then add instant coffee, vanilla, almond extract and salt. Beat in sugar gradually, then add the flour gradually.
Add chocolate chips and spread into 15" x 10" x 1" pan, with shallow sides (jelly roll pan).
Press almonds into dough.
Bake at 375°F for 20 min or until golden brown. Cool, completely. Break into pieces like brittle.
