Measure 7 ounces of instant coffee into a bowl.
Boil 1 and ¾ cups of water and whisk it into the coffee until it is fully dissolved.
Transfer the concentrated coffee into a glass jar and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
Once the coffee is chilled, fill a cup with ice.
Pour cold water into the cup, filling it about ¾ of the way.
Start by adding 1 teaspoon of the concentrated coffee to the cup, adjusting to taste with up to 2 teaspoons for a stronger flavor.
Finish by adding your preferred creamer and stir well.
