Chicken Lo Mein
  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain.

  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add broccoli and bell pepper and cook until tender, 7 minutes.

  3. Stir in chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes.

  4. Add cooked noodles, snow peas, carrots, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce and toss to combine.
