Slimming World/weight Watchers Oatmeal Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).

  2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, self raising flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, melted light butter, and vanilla extract.

  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the raisins.

  5. Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper to form 15 cookies.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Allow to cool before serving.
