Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, self raising flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sweetener.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, melted light butter, and vanilla extract.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the raisins.
Spoon the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper to form 15 cookies.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool before serving.
