White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add egg, vanilla, and orange zest; beat until combined.

  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until dough forms.

  6. Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.

  7. Scoop 1-inch dough balls onto trays, 2 inches apart.

  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.

  9. Cool 5 minutes on tray, then move to wire rack.
