Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Add egg, vanilla, and orange zest; beat until combined.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until dough forms.
Fold in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop 1-inch dough balls onto trays, 2 inches apart.
Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool 5 minutes on tray, then move to wire rack.
