Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease or line a 9×5 loaf pan with parchment
In a blender, add the orange, eggs, olive oil, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla
Blend until smooth
Add flour, baking powder, and salt
Pulse a few times just until combined (don't overmix)
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan
Bake 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden
Let cool in the pan 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely
Mix powdered sugar with orange juice and drizzle over the cooled cake
