Sticky Asian Pork Meatballs
  1. Add all of the meatball ingredients together in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

  2. Using your hands roll into small golf ball sized balls.

  3. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.

  4. Sauté the meatballs in a large pan until golden and cooked through,until any meat juices run clear, turning from time to time,

  5. When just cooked, pour in the sauce and sizzle to thicken the sauce.

  6. Spoon over the meatballs and sprinkle with sesame seeds, chilli and spring onion
