Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine flour, yogurt, baking powder, and seasonings. Mix until combined and it forms into a dough.
Lightly flour your surface, divide the dough into 8 equal portions (or 4 for larger bagels). Roll each portion into long pieces, then connect the ends to create a bagel. Be sure to pinch the ends.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bagels spring back when gently pressed.
Let slightly cool, slice in half and add with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.
Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pepperonis are crisped.
Serve with ranch or dipping sauce of choice.
